Seguramente quieras efectuar una declaración de impuestos en la menor cantidad de tiempo posible. Pero a su vez deberías tener cuidado de no pasar por alto una de estas deducciones que pueden hacerte ahorrar un poco más de lo que habías pensado inicialmente.

Es fácil olvidar información provista en la declaración de impuestos de años anteriores. De todas maneras, si hay algo que deberás recordar es el capital perdido cuyo monto ha sido muy grande para deducir.

Cuando tienes una pérdida de capital, como por ejemplo a través de la venta de acciones o de otras inversiones, el Servicio de Rentas Internas te permite compensar todas tus ganancias sobre el capital de esta manera. Pero cuando tienes más pérdidas que ganancias, sólo puedes deducir parte de la pérdida excesiva en un solo año fiscal. Pese a todo, tú puedes deducir esas pérdidas excesivas en futuras declaraciones fiscales, y nunca se vencerán.
