Rated 3 out of 5 by from EXPENSIVE Unclear Explanations, but easy to use Expensive service! Explanations are unclear and Live Help is not readily available. Having to wipe all info out to change Turbo Tax Products is purely unfriendly! But overall product is expensive & fairly easy to use

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I always have used Turbo tax, but not now I have always used turbo tax, but after the last few years i am going to look into other options. It is still simple and easy but the prices keep going up and up and up. Then i feel like while doing your returns they add this fee and another fee and then upgrade this upgrade that. it used to be a better option for myself to use turbo tax, but yet now i think not since i talked to a friend who does this for a living told me that the fee he charges for standard tax return is actually 26 dollars cheaper than what i just paid turbo tax to do them and i did all the work, all you guys did is filed them..... next year i will be going somewhere else to file my taxes! ! ! ! !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Every year they seem to charge more I've been with TurboTax for about 10 years now and I'm switching to something else next year. I have a pretty simple return. Only 2 W-2s and a student loan interest form. Took me 30 minutes to complete. And Turbo tax charges me about $210 for this simple return. I'm tired of overpaying. I will find a better option next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy to use Extremely easy to use -- the UX is clear and intuitive. It feels like a friend is guiding you along the way. The feature they added where they tell you how fast you completed your return is cute -- I'm impressed they managed to find a way to make filing your taxes not the most awful, boring thing ever. Kudos to the design/copy teams.

I had attempted to complete my taxes with Tax Act as I have used them for years but this year the explanations were not there to assist and I found myself sitting and wasting time on the Tax deadline day so I decided to try Turbo Tax, the format was easy to understand and simple to use, plus my Day trade information was easy to upload.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy process that takes you step by step This is multiple years that I have used TurboTax and it feels like every year it gets a little easier and a little more efficient. I feel very confident that the team at TurboTax will give you the best return and if there’s a problem they will help me defend and answer any questions the IRS would have. I did have some issues trying to contact customer service and a couple issues with selecting the right program but I waited till last minute and that’s what happens when you eat and procrastinate
