The email method is the quickest within 24 hours. If it requires talking to someone, it can take 2-3 weeks.

Very easy to use with many help screens to explain any area of the return needed. I also had a call back from a tax expert this time. Very knowledgable person and he called me within 5 minutes and answered my questions in very short order.
