Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is necessary I couldn't do my taxes without it. I did have one issue. I could find how to apply my refunds, federal and state to next years taxes. But I did get a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased with Turbo Tax It seemed like there were many changes in processing the returns via TurboTax this year. Maybe I just don't remember all the screens I went through last year, tho. The side bars with help and explanations are VERY helpful. Also extremely helpful are the Live Chat tax experts. I used this option two times -- Lisa and Carl -- Thank you! One thing, though. The Chat box disappeared at one point (with Carl) so I used the "give feedback" option to get a message to him, and he used "Notifications" to communicate back.
