Rated 1 out of 5 by from Always tried to force you into upgrading Not nearly as helpful in walk you through the process as it has been in years past. In order to get basic help, it always wants you to upgrade. I was simply trying to find where to input certain documents I had and could not find it. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year or beyond.
