Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years The product is superb and user-friendly. I have used it when I lived in other countries as well as it has all the answers and helps select correct forms, etc. Getting to speak directly with a CPA is problematic though even with the ultra-premium first class package. Scheduling a telephone call must be set weeks and weeks in advance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to Use for Federal! I wish they had my state! I was completely overwhelmed trying to figure out taxes for my small business (partnership). This made it really easy to do and I was able to get it all done quickly and confidently. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars, is because they mark on the purchase that state filing is an additional cost (which I was okay with!), but it was not apparent that they don't include 'every' state. It just so happens that I can't file my state taxes through this software. So I will have to find another program or accountant that can file for me.
