It times out too quickly and I feel like I have to start over rather than really picking up where I left off. It is cumbersome if you just want to jump to an area to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes it easy for anyone to file taxes I have used TurboTax for more than 10 years. I have found it to be very user-friendly. It is also cost-effective compared to an accountant, especially if you don't have too many complicated forms to fill out. One year I took it to a tax prep service, and they charged me $50 per form (and I had 5), and it was a form I could have filled out on my own.
