The expert connected, Dennis thought was not helpful at all! Infact I got disconnected with the expert. And eventually did the taxes with the live call representative. So very helpful she was!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lousy The verification at the end was impossible to negotiate for a person not good on a computer. I had so much trouble I had to call for help that did not help. I ended up having to call my daughter to go on her computer to finish my taxes. I think I will use H&R Block next year.
