Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy When I started using TurboTax years in years ago, it was free. Now I have to pay almost half of my refund just to get my taxes done. This is the last year I will use y'all. Next year I'm going back to doing my own taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from thank you to the persons who assisted online I had two agents that assisted me online, I could see them virtually, The second agent was so helpful and I would use it again, I was stomped and he helped me resolve my issue, The first agent held online to make sure I was connected, Awesome
