Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great Getting help is a nightmare The program is super easy, been using it for years. Hit a major snag this year when the program wouldn't accept my credit card. After 2 days trying and 5 hours on the phone last (calls continually being dropped)night Holly was very helpful. She identified the problem but thought I needed tech support as she couldn't fix it. She put in a call back to tech support but they never called me back. so this morning I tried another call. Jeremy was able to get me on with a supervisor and Kerry solved the problem. I am happy I was finally able to file my taxes. Very unhappy it took 2 and a half days to get the problem solved resulting in filing and paying late. will be even more unhappy if I have a penalty

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax Return was a breeze again. 2022 in the books I've been using Turbo Tax a few years now and the convenience and efficiency that it provides is great. All my previous info is on there. No hunting down what I had the previous year. Even when I enter my detailed expenses... it finds the better options for the deductions and always catches my errors and gets me back the most amount possible.
