Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not what it used to be.... I had traditionally been using TurboTax except for the last 2 years. I went to an accountant and thought I could still do what they do and decided to try it out. $180 dollars for Turbotax? I completely understand that your R&D and physical staff costs a lot but this has by far been the most expensive taxes (even over a cpa) and I had to do it myself. Returns were rejected for a minor issue and I had to retype a ton of the info in again. If you have it saved, just take me to the correction, not to the top of the page. Overall very disappointed in what this program has come to. Problem is, I have already entered in so much info to this site that I would most likely not seek out another service so I do not need to redo a ton of this info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome!!!!! I clicked some wrong options and started panicking!! The live chat assistant helped immediately and stayed with me until I was all the way through the issues and she fixed everything!!!
