Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax really lacks clear directions. There are too many questions that are not clear and the help section really lacks any useful information. For example the question about any disaster relief for prior years. Not clear at all. Also, I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years, so why do I have to look up if I filed a particular form last year? Or if I took an energy credit in 2015 and I have used Turbo Tax every year since, why would I have to look that up?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2022 Filing Turbo Tax filing has been very disappointed for 2022 tax year! I was not able to enter some & had to enter via forms + 2021 taxes did not downloaded for using with 2022 returns! TurboTax Customer Support Reps were exceptional (even though the first 2 Reps could not resolve the data entry issues). The 3rd Rep was able to help with payment + transmit 2022 taxes! Grateful for TurboTax support staffs!!!
