In the first year it was free for federal and $39.99 for state. this year they charge me $69.99 for deluxe version which i do not need because i only have a w2 and a home. mind you, I have no means to opt out of that deluxe. In addition to that i get charged $59.99 for filing state taxes. They do not reward customer loyalty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fantastic very easy prosses and simple to understand. I highly recommend for anyone who doesn't have complicated taxes and doesn't want to waste money on tax consultants who charge unreasonable rates.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NEEDS WORK USUALLY USE THE DOWNLOAD TO MY COMPUTER BUT HAD TO DO ON-LINE THIS YEAR. ON-LINE IS NOT AS USER FRIENDLY. ALSO CHARGED FOR A STATE RETURN THAT I DID NOT PREPARE WITH TURBO OR EFILE THE STATE NOW HAVE TO GO THRU THE HASSLE OF GETTING $59 BACK
