TurboTax is very easy to use as it walks you through the entire process of filing your taxes, offers information AND assistance at every step in the process, and both online and over the phone assistance really does help. I have been using this for several years now and will never file my taxes any other way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT enough help I had my taxes rejected more than once. TT did not give enough help to fix them. I found info and did what TT said to do and still got rejected. How about some real people helping, with no fees attached?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is easy, just need to feed it the right was good, but had an issue when i had to re-check information. Turbo had duplicated information 2 x. started as a refund, then went to oweing 2K. had to delete duplications. then it went back to refunds, was confusing.
