Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved ME! I started imputing data in TurboTax as soon as I bought it on 01/01/23. On a W2 I entered an EIN which was wrong and never went back and corrected it! TurboTax caught it after I submitted my return electronically but before it was too late to file electronically!!! Thank You!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use This process was relatively easy to use until I got to the signing and sending. It wasn't that hard at that point just a bit annoying. There are too many passwords and PINs to remember.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Overpriced and Takes Advantage I just had to pay $179 to file with you. My total gross income last year was ~$3,500 from stocks. If I hadn't sold stocks, you would have let me file for free. However, because I sold stocks, you immediately jumped it up by that significant margin. As a vet, I appreciated your discount for filing. This was my first year without a military W2 discount, and I will never file with you again, if you keep this up. I am disgusted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unable to eFile my 2022 returns!!! We were unable to eFile this year as our tax returns were rejected by the IRS and NYS. Turbotax suggested that the rejection may have been caused by our AGI not matching what was in the IRS database. However our data is correct. Despite the fact that we successfully filed with Turbotax last few years, this year the filing has been frustrating. There was insufficient support as it was impossible to get a live agent to help us. The FAQs from the community were the only source of support we were able to get. Turbotax ran error checks and found no errors before attempting to transmit electronically. Then we are getting this error message when we completed our taxes on the day before tax is due, which is stressful. Now the only solution seems to be paper filing, or call the IRS to see why we were unable to eFile! We have always found TurboTax helpful and user friendly over the years, except this one time.
