Rated 5 out of 5 by from A program to rely on I don't know why I can't shake the habit of filing last minute every year. Anxiety, or it could just be my relying on Turbo Tax not giving me last minute problems. Of course, if your data (ie: forms & papers) aren't available for you to gather necessary information, its not TurboTax fault. ;-)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trouble eFiling - No phone number to get help For the second year in a row I have not been able to eFile .... AGI rejected but was same on form and verified separately with IRS. Need to provide a phone number where I can get immediate assistance.

It's very user friendly with easy to find and understand explanations, "next" and "back" buttons. The added premium services add peace of mind when you are ready to hit the "submit return" button.
