Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes made Simple! I had a TERRIBLE experience with H&R block. I was lead a stray and told that I could file my personal taxes prior to filing my S-Corporation taxes. They ignored my taxes for 3 months. After fighting with them for my Schedule K-1, the lady there told me "she doesn't do amendments" and left me to fend for myself. I logged on to Turbo Tax to fix it myself and struggled. I called one of your agents "Danitta" was her name and she quickly fixed the issue with me. This was a HUGE relief. Thank you Turbo Tax and your experienced agent. I will not go anywhere else from here on out!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great...except Everything was made very easy but at the very end I noticed that I need to change my address and before that he had told me that I was eligible to not be charged for the service went back and changed my address and then they and then you guys charged me for my return so what's up with that
