The linked pages weren't fully explanatory, or would not fully inform the user what the link would lead to: this would result in wasted time trying to find what the link was actually trying to explain. Some of the pages would be missing the definition you were looking for, or missing the keyword entirely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo provided a live expert who was great. I have to say I found some aspects of the program hard to use. I tried to use the chat feature but found it confusing because the labels used on the chat do not match the labels on the screen I am looking at. Once I was able to speak to a live person I was able to get to the place I needed to complete a form K-1.
