Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great but getting a little Expensive I had to upgrade to Premium so the Turbo Tax cost about $134.00 which for me as a teacher is getting too Expensive. I was told in my email that if I finished my taxes with Turbo Tax I would get 20% off but I did not get that extra discount. I really like using Turbo Tax but it needs to be more Affordable. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good... for what it is It was good for what it is. What I like: It was fairly quick and simple. Seemed like a fairly user friendly system. What I do NOT like: I don't like the way the fees end up being more than what I am originally lead to believe they will be. I don't like the way they used to offer better help for free but now charge all these WAY HIGHER rates to get basic help THEN and EVEN HIGHER fee for actual tax help. Why I scored it as I did: 1. sadly the issues I mention are typical and "business as usual" with such services, that said... I still find it lame therefore deduct points regardless yet not THAT MUCH because I know they are doing like ever other shady company of this sort. 2. Despite my qualms they do well with what they do AND some of the agents were very helpful. To me, the issues I had should have been more simply presented though and I wouldn't have needed to call if that were the case... no system is perfect but I can't help but wonder if they don't make it difficult to a degree on purpose to get people to purchase up. 4 stars is a generous rating imo but I will give them that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worrier This year it changed, I choose deluxe and it seemed it was pushing me for other options. I placed information twice and sent copies of our forms and was still asked same question over and over. I am disappointed with this year’s process.
