Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regret It A) I should have went with a cheaper version since I don't claim deductions. B) Anita was good. C) Since I did pay the money, I didn't figure I'd end up having to mail the return myself. TurboTax can't step in and provide that service?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better experience last tax year Glad it's over and no real issues. The chat session with the tax expert was very difficult. Not sure but the delays in communicating were horrible, I almost switch to talk directly with someone else. My experience last year was much better although the results this year were much much better than expected.
