Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Over Charge. Suppose to be FREE I thought TurboTax wasn't suppose to charge. You force people to pay for there taxes. Every since I used this service they say free tax. But that's not true. You been charging me since the first day. I'm screen shot this for my record. And I seen on the news how, TurboTax been charging people for a free service. Yes I will be waiting fory service fees I been paying you. Shame

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always chose Turbotax! I love Turbotax, it makes it easy for me to comprehend. I love that I feel that I am doing it, but have someone checking my work as well. I went with different people maybe twice over the past 10+ years but I always regret it and come back!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could Use a Little Streamlining Overall it's a fine app for handling most tax return situations. Some areas where it could be streamlined are in the grouping of deductions. Oftentimes I'm entering what I think is the correct group of deductions then I go to the next section and find that some deductions I entered in the previous section belong in this new one. Would be SUPER helpful if you guide me to sort my receipts by the right group before I start entering the data (business and medical deductions are the two that come to mind). Also, would be helpful if certain sections that will never apply to my situation could be eliminated to avoid having to answer no/does not apply a bunch of times (ex: railroad employee income and benefits)

The guidance and explanations that are given for questions I have while completing my taxes are easy to understand and follow. Great tool for do-it-yourself taxes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax! TurboTax was so quick and convenient. I was able to file my taxes from the comfort of my own home. On top of that, since I had to pause and step away from filing, I was able to come back and pick up where I left off.
