Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to be more flexible Turbo Tax does a pretty good job, but makes it almost impossible to correct minor errors on certain forms. It throws you into a Catch-22 where you can't fix the form, but it won't let you file until you fix the form. Very Frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for calculating taxes, but not perfect TurboTax worked flawlessly and was mostly easy to use. I had two problems. 1. I had a 1099-Misc from a brokerage account and had it imported. The Q&A didn't ask the right question and to not get Social Security tax taken out, I had to switch to forms and check a sub-box that also said "Other." 2. I had two 1098 mortgage statements (because my mortgage was bought mid-year) and in order to get them added together I had to check that each one was not the most recent. It wasn't clear that this was what needed to be done.

Jean,Frank,Yoshanda and they all helped so much! This is my 4th year using turbo tax and I will never not use it! Thanks so much!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Rocks! Love Turbo Tax! Favorite features include the ability to go back and forth to double check work and the ability to complete over several days time if necessary. I appreciate that I can pick up exactly where I left off. My taxes are fairly simple, and I like to do it myself, but I still get nervous. The help boxes are useful and easy to understand. I've never had a need for the live chat, but I am glad to know it is available.
