Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and Easy to Use I ran through the "new" tax forms the last few years on my own and even tried again this year, but after hours of being unsure and getting to "an answer" I decided to buckle down and use Turbo Tax - it took awhile, but not nearly the while it was taking me to figure it out. It compared to the amount of time it used to take me to do my own taxes before the reforms made it "easier." I appreciate the help Turbo Tax is!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years and this year it was more complicated. And at the end, I had a difficult time finding where to select to request a payment plan. Once I figured it out, and selected it, it never took me there. It went all the way through and took all the money out of my bank account.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible customer support I paid for an upgraded version of TurboTax's tax services in order to complete my personal 2022 taxes. I breezed through the filings, uploading everything requested and ensuring the information was accurate. By the end of the filings, I did not need to utilize the live services I elected to pay for... until I chose to e-File. Upon clicking the submit button, I was met with an error message saying that they were unable to transmit my message. Weird, I thought. So I backed out and tried again, coming to the same result of an error message. Frustrated but relieved I purchased the additional support option, I clicked on the live help feature. OH BOY was this a mistake. I was met with an automated machine that continuously went in circles about giving them my case identification number, telling me to click the link on the webpage (which took me back to the previous error yet again), asking if I needed additional help (which I responded yes) and then we repeated the process all over again! I don't know if I ever wanted to throw my phone before, but now I have. Very upset and will never use this service again.
