Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes for 2021 I work for an employer, but my husband is self-employed. I always have to do them. I am always late. The program is great, but sometimes it is difficult to interpret the questions the right way, even with step-to-step instructions. Hopefully my 2022 is already available, as that is next. Adding up and going through the receipts, is what takes the longest. I have to say since this product came out, I have used it. It changes every year and sometimes I have to go over things over and over again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't accept my debit or credit cards I opt out to pay the $44 premium fee. I wanted to use my credit card and I spent hours calling my bank, trying to get help from turbo tax online and through their phone services and no one could help me. I ended up paying the $44 fee. This experience was a lot worse than last year and previous years before that. Not very happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Struggle with Income from sale of propoerty Could not get the form to enter the proceeds from the sale of property. Gave it a few hours, and tried again, and figured out the right key strokes!?!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and Easy The program made filing easy- I had a couple of things to fix on my end, but even fixing those with the program was easy with the FAQ section- my only complaint is that I had to use the FAQ section though- the program wouldn't take me to the section I needed to fix (stuff to do with Healthcare)... Honestly, I'd give it a 5 if it weren't for that... so as it stands I'd give it a 4.5-4.7 :)
