Rated 4 out of 5 by from 9 year turbo tax user It was good except the rep who helped me did not know that you need to enter an ID PIN for both your self and your dependent. My return was rejected multiple times because of this.I had to call the lRS to find this out to fix my return..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax formas along with chat are easy to use The forms are easy to use. It walks you right through it. You will never do a Paper/Mail in form again. I like all the offers they provide you throughout the process, such as Identity Theft protection. I also like the start over button! I like the tool bar on the side. I was not directed to enter my IP Pin issued by the IRS and the help instructions were not helpful. But the chat person was very professional and helpful. Although they struggled too to find where I enter my PIN, they did not give up and found it within a few minutes. Whew! I am retired from the military so the military button causes confusion. Even though I stopped checkeing the Military button it still recognizes me as a military person. Really frustrating.
