Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is easy to use, perfect for everybody From start to finish, it was mostly easy to understand. the side tips helped well in understanding some of the questions I had along the way. however, I advise people to go with the LIVE feature because some of the aspects of the return are little bit tricky and needed an expert guidance. Even though sometimes it was NOT easy to get to the experts pool, however at the end I was able to connect with an awsome, very knowledgeable expert that cleared all my concerns before filing. Overall, I surely recommend using TurboTax for your tax return filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has been helping me for years I have been using turbo tax to do my taxes for the last 8 years.. They are the best tax program for do it yourself people like me. It's a good price, they take the cost right out of your return, so theres nothing up froont, and you get your tax return back in a couple weeks. Ive never had a problem with my tax return when i filed with turbo tax and I'll be coming back to do them again next year. Thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Blocked me from filing taxes Experience was ok - up until my AGI apparently was not recognized (eventhough I downloaded the official IRS tax statement) and then my experience broke down from there - the tool couldn't handle that flow. Ended up having to revisit all my returns, i could file by mail instead of e-file by Federal but not state. What a mess. highly frustrating.

Having said that, at times using TT is a bit like an infomercial with annoying ads trying to convince that you need additional services.
