I was so discouraged after visiting a real person at HR Block and was told I'd have to pay almost $1,000 because of the nature of my return. It took me several hours, but once I was finished, I was relieved to learn I'd only have to pay $230! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Charging to CC is difficult as the window is bigger than the screen, and it does not allow you to reduce the window. Extra questions when trying to transmit are frustrating and asking for info that should already be available and in some cases cannot be modified.

I could have easily copied the information, especially since I have to mail the forms in anyway. Intuit should have had the courtesy to tell customers prior to purchasing that e-file would not be an option.
