Rated 2 out of 5 by from changing to cheaper product is very difficult. Used Premier version for 3 years. Automatically signed into that version. I realized I could use free but would have to clear form and start from scratch. I thought Turbo Tax could switch info from premier to free but was told I would have to clear all info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is getting better every year Turbo tax is getting better with regard to the user experience. There are still some awkward glitches when the program wants to keep sending a user back to review an area when it has been reviewed multiple times. Also, getting to the "print preview" for the return is always awkward. Otherwise, the downloads worked well this year and it was generally fairly smooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy enough to use I have used TurboTax for previous tax filings and haven't had any problems with the software so I decided to use it once again. Since I had some income from a side gig I needed to use a program for being "self-employed" and Turbo Tax seemed to be the one to use since I am also using Intuits QuickBooks software.
