Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not receive notice of rejection I purchased Turbotax for ease of use in filing, but this turned out more confusing than filing manually. A full year later, after noticing I had not yet received my refund, I realized my refund had said Rejected on the very last page. Additionally, the reason for its rejection was listed with a broken error message code (messy string of characters at the front) and no real explanation of what documents are missing and why they are needed. At this point I will have to call the IRS to understand why my return was not accepted.
