Rated 1 out of 5 by from YOU GUYS SUCK. I spent three months thinking my California tax return was filed and waiting for MY MONEY only to realize when I tried to track my return that it wasn't filed. Just the money I owed was processed. Thanks a lot for nothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Super easy, and cheaper than an agent. Only issue is, as I had last year, sometimes when there is a simple issue, such as a $0 and leaving it blank which results in the auto-fill of $0 it will prevent you from filing and requires you do the whole setup again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from no final submission allowed I've used turbo tax for the past five years with no problems. the 2022 version will not let me submit either Fed or State returns. It goes into an endless loop on the consent/signing page to deduct the $25 State filing fee from the refund amount. Very frustrating!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has always been reliable. You get out what you put into the system. Read carefully and input the data. It is almost dummy proof as long as you have your documents in line and can read.
