Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing!! The features throughout the process made it extremely easy to navigate and complete my taxes. They also offer extra help and several reviews to obtain accurate information. With the step by step method, you are guaranteed not to leave off any extra savings or deductions. I am pleased with this years returns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbox Tax had issues, more than in previous years Had to verify a lot information that in previous years wasn't necessary I had to enter W-2 information for myself and spouse for some reason during verification and then the program said there were duplicate W-2s so I deleted the second set of W-2s. Kind of frustrating. Also was asked many questions about the mortgage interest. Didn't matter as I was not itemizing my deductions. Seems like there is a bug with the program. Managed to work through all of the verifications, but not as smooth of a process as in past years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the way to go! The step by step question and answer approach is easy and similar to having a tax preparer do your return, but much less expensive. Throughout the process, it has LEARN MORE highlighted so you can find out more about the particular item. I used that feature a few times and it was very helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great step by step process It was a really great process for self-filing with step-by-step instructions. If I wasn't sure on something, they had helpful articles on the side and everything was in easy to understand language.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Literal Worst ... TT filled out my tax forms incorrectly and charged me for both Online (Federal Only) and Download (Federal & State). Long story short, TT Online filled out my Schedule D AMT incorrectly. It would not prompt me for info on my 3921 no matter what I did (deleting and re-entering stock transactions, logging in and back out, etc.). In the course of investigating, I paid for Federal Return so I could download my forms and dig through them. Based on the recommendation of a co-worker, I paid for the Download Version of TT. It correctly prompted me for 3921, though it also had a mistake in my Schedule D AMT (specifically a blank line). Deleting and re-importing my stock transactions did fix it though. Ultimately, I was able to finish my taxes with the Download version. However, TT would not refund my Online Federal charge despite paying for the Download version. I had to file a CC dispute. We'll see how that goes. I've been using TT for like, maybe 7 years. I'm done though. After this year, I won't be using TurboTax or any of Intuit's other products.
