Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax review I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years. Last year I started taking RMDs. The questions were confusing. My first attempt to e-file was rejected due to ONE wrong EIN. But I wasn't told which one. I had to go through all my 1099Rs to find what was wrong. Also, the reason for the rejection was not completely explained by Turbe Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TT sucks I filled out my taxes then went back next day to e-file and they were gone. I had to completely redo my taxes. This on top of the fact that a few years ago someone else stole and filed my taxes, filled out through TT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live assist I could not figure out why Alabama was saying I owed so much money and the live assistant took me back thru and now I am getting a refund. I need to go back and check last year's return as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is flawed. When you drag and drop 1099s, TurboTax will misread them and wrongly add a check to Box 11 or 12 which is FATCA filing requirements. Then without warning it will force your answer to Sechdule B Part III Question 7a to be YES, which means you have "foreign assets". The help desks (6 hours with them) could not resolve the problem.
