Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Troubles Trouble getting Turbo Tax in English until I switched browsers. Last year I bought a higher priced version which checked my returns and said no problem. I still got a notice from Federal that my tax was wrong and I paid more money. I have used TT for years but last year and this year if I still have problems I am going elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Kicking you when you're down I have generally had positive interactions with the program in the past, but this time not only did I have to find the education credits myself, but they required an upgrade to premium due to the fact that my wife can't get healthcare through her job, making us pay even MORE money for the privilege of paying the government money.

A bit confusing when choosing to pay federal tax with a credit card and then we went into the state section, filled that info in and then entered the credit card number at the end. It said successful, so we'll see.
