Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is getting worse by the year Every year turbotax is adding more and more fees onto using the program when I am not getting assistance from anyone. The online program is advertised as being a free service but then requires you to make an upgrade over halfway through the process. I will be using another program for following years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Software not complete. Trying to account for the taxes on our last third of a retirement distribution taken for Covid was an absolute mess! Your "Help Line" was useless. Only way to complete was to sift through "work arounds" on the internet. Lastly the calculation for line 25C was not transparent and finding information on it was again only accomplished by searching the internet for random explinations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy! Easy, relatively quick, safe, just enough control to be satisfying, but handles some of the complexities that I just don't have time for. Plus, when I didn't have a full understanding of something,I just searched it up in their help resources. Everything is explained in a manner that is easy for the non-tax person to understand. Love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Keeps it simple, but you still need to do the work Great for simplifying taxes, as long as you keep everything you think might have something to do with taxes, you should be able to find where to enter it using turbo tax. It asks most of the questions, but might miss something. For example, solar rebate. But when I searched it, it had clear instructions what to do. Double check the numbers if you use the snap a photo of W2s. I had one that was 200 on camera but 2000 on my W2.
