Many attempts at signing into Intuit account; had to change password. After completion of forms, website refused to e-file and to accept credit card for CA e-file. Had to call customer service; was then able to file without problems. Rachael was patient and helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My last year with TurboTax I have been using TT for many years. This year I was dissapointed about the misleading charge for e-filing state return. It lists it as $20 as you are deciding between mailing or e-file, but when you go to pay for it, it becomes $25, no explanation. It is only $5 but multiply that but the many users and that is a lot of dishonest gains. Next year I will venture into a different software.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business needs to be improved I have used TT Deluxe for many years and I expected the Business version (used 2 years) to be just as complete and easy to use as Deluxe. It's not. I had to do far more research for specific forms (e.g 1099 OID) than I should have to, because who wants to submit a half-baked return. The TT Community helped me fill gaps but what a waste of time. Get the Business/Trust version up to speed or I'll drop it next year.
