Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was a terrible experience I have been using Turbo Tax for 8 years but this will be my last. I could have done them on paper faster. I used on line help and it was no help at all. Never again! Plus I am paying 200.00 for no help at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Terribl! Live experts are too expensive. The platform is clunky. If there are errors, they don't identify them, or help you at all! Don't worry, they'll still charge you over $100 to simply fill in your personal info from last year - even if it hasn't changed! If you have any other options, run, do not walk away from this one and choose the alternative! I have no special tax filings - married, childless, homeowner, not a business owner, no rental income, no side hustle - just a man with a job, and it's still insanely time consuming and complicated, and all Turbotax does is pound you with ads to pay for more premium services while not helping at all.
