When going to submit the system says "mistakes" have been made on previous screens that were "reviewed". Asks about state non resident reciprocity only to then state that unnecessary returns may need to be filed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax keeps adding fees and delays refunds. I started with what appeared be simple and only $59, but Intuit kept saying I needed to upgrade two times and added more fees, wouldn't accept credit card payment and then signed me up for Karma, who added more cost and delay.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from charged for e filing for NYS charged me $45 dollars for e filing in NYS and NYS clearly states that if you buy software to do your taxes you cannot be charged to e file. This is so wrong people!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced extortion While I like the dialog approach, if I want to refer to last year's return, I cannot see the last year's dialog, only a bunch of meaningless forms that has no relationship to the dialog. Also all the animations of turbotax "calculating", "checking" etc is annoying, silly and cheap for a software that tries to constantly oversell. If I there is a good alternative, I'll dump Turbotax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax has become more cumbersome I didn't like some of the features - it kept referring me back to places I'd already completed. Very confusing. Last year's was much better.
