Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bait and Switch I married a non resident alien last year and it let me skip putting a SSN (she doesn't have one as we live abroad) until after I pay at which point it locks me out of being able to file electronically. Such a joke to pay $100 to find out they can't even file, and then find that they have been fully aware of the issue for years but choose to do nothing about it or give you any kind of heads up before giving them money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some formatting issues with early file. I am a contractor and a W-2 employee, so my taxes can get a little confusing. When filling out my early file, there was some issues with the 1099-NEC forms and submitting. When I came back during regular file season, there must have been a system update. I was able to see the forms listed another way and correct the issue. The customer service team was pleasant but a bit hard to get through to. I had to call in a couple of times in regard to this issue to get through. Overall, great customer support team though.
