Rated 2 out of 5 by from Serious issues with Turbotax for first time Unable to enter numbers in various fields. Had to secure screen sharing with Turbotax. Still had problems. Repeated attempts to enter worked sometimes. Program would not let me enter purchase information for buying Michigan return. Very frustrating experience. Have used for several years with no prior issues. Did MI return on the state's website. Initially, the program would not even let me enter the validation code. Had to contact Turbo Tax to fix this issue as well.

It makes my tax season smooth and with all the helpful tax information provided along the way, I feel more confident that my taxes are filed accurately every year. I take my time to understand everything and for over a decade or so, I have the peace of mind that my taxes are prepared accordingly every year. Thank you Turbotax.
