Rated 3 out of 5 by from it has become expensive The new way to upload data using the cell phone camera is great! The accuracy is good. Godos to your IT team. Pulling INT forms with documents is also nice. But it is getting way too expensive...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Work in progress Average program, too expensive as soon as you have a small side business and receive even $100 worth contractor's form 1099-NEC for delivering a couple times through Doordash?! Also, does not allow you easily select entry forms, like 3K-1 for the State income. Finally, didn't allow me to enter the individual PIN numbers issued by IRS prior to submitting the return, even though I clearly indicated we received them... waiting for the rejection notices?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy-to-Follow, Tried and True Interface TurboTax is like that old standard tool in your garage- reliable, usable, and functional. I like that the user interface is friendly and the calculations thoughtful and thorough with good explanations. And with over-the-air updates and long-term support available, why pay someone to do it for you when you can confidently do it yourself?

However, I did need to make a couple of changes after I reached the review process and the screens that came up to help with the changes were not always well-explained. Also, If I had to come back later and restart Turbo Tax, there were a few fields that were not saved from the previous session and had to be re-entered. Not a big deal but it took extra time to check them all again.
