Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not maintain product selection between logins I originally filled out Turbo Tax premium, but after not using any of the premium services, I decided to switch to Deluxe. Unfortunately, this meant I needed to reset all the information I had submit. While frustrating, I again entered all my tax details using the Deluxe product... When logging in a few days later to submit my taxes, Turbo Tax showed the product used as "Premium". To avoid filling my details a third time, I decided to submit and pay the higher amount, despite this not being the product I selected and not using any of the Premium services. I've used Turbo Tax for years and the product itself is fair, but this was a very poor experience of 1) resubmitting the same information even though I had not used premium products and 2) Turbo Tax not saving my product selection to charge a higher amount

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great service but a little high priced The service is easy to use once you get used to it and how to navigate between certain areas. Federal and State tax filing fees are separate though for the service so it is expensive to file (over $100).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes doing taxes bearable Taxes are such a chore, Turbo Tax makes it as easy as possible, asking questions and walking you through it step by step. Also, once you have all your information in it in Year 1, the following years are even easier.
