Rated 1 out of 5 by from New TurboTax is Awful It took me forever to get through the process this year because it kept saying it needed more info, but didn't tell me what info was needed. I went in circles clicking everything I could think before I finally was able to move on. The constant pushing of other products and upgrades is infuriating when you already made me pay to file my taxes which CONVENIENTLY cost me the same amount as I was supposed to receive for my state return. After using TurboTax for the last several years I'll be switching to someone else next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is buggy and expensive VERY unhappy with my experience with Turbo Tax this year. I encountered several bugs. And I was very unhappy with how they continuously tried to "upsell" me on products. I have used Turbo Tax for MANY years, and am less and less impressed with each passing year. I will not be using them next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty convenient way to file taxes This is the first time I have personally filed taxes, and TurboTax seems to promise to take a lot of tax-related stress off of people's shoulders with its feasible questionnaire and compelling advertisements. All this to say, it gives off hopeful vibes to just about anyone willing to apply.
