Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easily file your taxes It's a simple, step by step process you can do from your phone. I have always used Turbotax since I started filing taxes 10 years ago. I always do my taxes last minute so I'm glad it can be done on the fly. Any time I have gotten a tax refund, it is direct deposited within a few days. As my income goes up, it seems like the price of filing goes up... But it seems to be worth it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive I had to upgrade because the Deluxe did not have a form I needed for this year. My return is really pretty simple. This year was an exception with this one form and I feel like it cost too much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very good, BUT I wanted to review some of the individual FORMS, like 1040-SR but there was no "JUMP TO" button on such an important form. I had to call in and wait about 30 minutes on the phone (it was TAX day so the wait was not too bad). I had to go to TOOL BOX, TOOLS then click on view, then to 1040.....what a pain. NEEDS A FIX
