Last year it took forever for me to connent with some on-line help. I suggest you set up appointment calls with email notification. Also, when I bought the 2020 Turbo Tax after being solicited/prompted on-line as a former customer, I assumed I would be given the best price since I was a returning purchaser. The next week I saw the same product at Sam's for nearly $100 less. I felt pretty foolish. Why should I buy in response to your on-line/email solicitations?
