Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wasn't what I expected. I was eager to try this out. I saw the promotion and figured why not. Should've read the fine print. Capital gains is not covered in the promotion edition but the deluxe $$$. Which that in itself is disappointing and not really a problem. My issue was that my intial tax expert left without a word. I was then paired with a 2nd tax expert whom I messaged. I then didn't recieve a reply until my 3rd tax expert contacted me and handled the rest of my service. I'm assuming my experience was then exception and not the rule. However I'm hesitant to say I use this service in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Helpful The interface is easy to follow. It walked me through every step. It even found deductions for my wife's self-employment that we didn't consider. Anytime I needed help, I could easily chat with someone. They were able to show me where to click on the screen!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User I was skeptical - always had a spouse or tax preparer do my taxes but this year I was on my own. Had to use the live help feature - so easy and quick! I was able to save money doing it myself - I learned a lot and feel I can do it myself in future years too!
