I was asked a few automated questions and when I asked to speak with a live person the chat said no live person was available and it closed so that was very frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service it had been extremely difficult this year using this service. The error code im getting you do not properly guide me through it to fix the issue. I will not be using this again and will not recommend any body else to use this sorry service

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love using Turbo Tax and doing my own taxes! It's fairly user friendly. I don't recall the processing fee before, but I guess it's to be expected with prices being what they are nowadays. I do wish there was a discount, like $10 off on that for returning loyal customers. I've used turbo tax for 4 years now. I'll use it next year too! It's still a better deal than using H & R Block who liked to charge me over $200!
