Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has become less user friendly Previous versions of Turbo tax had better graphics and was more user friendly. Optional videos at important steps would have been nice. More clear reference to the tax code would be helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax still confusing I've used TurboTax for a few years now, and their forms are still somewhat confusing. I'm also not a fan of getting the upsale or being charged $40 to have my tax return funds pay the TurboTax bill.
