Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't tell me where the mistake is -refiling I thought everything worked as planned and then I received an email telling me my state return was rejected. IT NEVER SHOWED ME WHERE THE MISTAKE WAS SO I COULD CORRECT IT AND REFILE. I'm not a mind-reader.

Some years are easier than others, but it is always 100% simpler and less stressful than doing it on paper, or trusting a stranger. I have used their chat function many times to clarify information or ask for help, and they are always knowledgeable, professional and personable!
