I Love Turbo Tax-Gayle is awesome!This was the best experience yet with Turbo Tax. We had help from Tiana, Antonio and lastly, Gayle, a CPA. These people were fantastic. SO Good. We had a thorny, fiddly situation right at the end and Gayle helped us untangle it.

It works. They love those extra fees and upgrades.They spend too much time trying to make fancy graphics that you get bogged down when trying to do an average tax return. It isn't cheap or super intuitive for the average tax user. They don't tell you how much it will cost until you are completely done and keep peddling upgrades that don't do you any good.
