Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax 2022 I had trouble with edward jones info. I had to download the info as pdf and upload it myself when given the opportunity. A lady at turbotax helped me but I lacked the stamina to complete my form under her direction..jbeekley

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use But..... TurboTax is easy to use and I've used them for several years. However, I dislike that it prompts you numerous times about upgrades. Forewarning, the ability to take the fees out of your return requires a processing fee as well. Over all I do like the program but just watch the upgrades because it can add up quick.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too many upgrade ads cause confusion I have used TurboTax for many many many years. This year and last year I found the product to be almost unusable because of the CONSTANT prompts to upgrade and add-on to YOUR product. Last year I almost lost tract of some prepayment of taxes because I lost the thread of what I was entering. Don't know if I will ever use this product again. And yes, I have used a more costly level of preparation ALREADY. Stop it already.
